Wow what an amazing experience. It's so nice when it's a real pleasure to do business with a company. I received a visit to quote and the actual quote in lightning fast time! The guys came right on time to do the install, did a totally stellar job. They worked very hard, got into insanely tight spots in the attic, cleaned up very nicely, and made sure everything was 110% before they left, including schooling me on the system and warranty. The price was unbeatable as well. Chris was great to work with and runs a great outfit. His crew consisted of Brandon and Steve and boy are these guys just an amazing team. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and I don't even think I saw them take a break all day. Highly highly recommend Airheads!

This won't be a normal review but we can call it "the right place at the right time." It's been a super difficult time for me and my family this year financially after my entire household ended up with the flu B and strep throat to follow and having missed work to care for my babies in the last few weeks I was finally able to pay my rent for for this month yesterday and I only had 20.0O in my bank account after paying it. I was stranded in parking lot Scared after my car wouldn't start I was more afraid to ask anyone for help so I reached out to somebody to come and give me a jump that person arrived with jumper cables unfortunately weren't strong enough. Lewis an employee who works here was parked right next to me in his work van. I had been sitting there a while and when I got out of the car he rolled his window down and offered a hand. I had two of my children one being autistic in the backseat demanding my attention, I was in mommy overload. All kinds of things we're going in through my mind whether or not I was going to make Christmas because a car repair or even a tow was going to add more to the bills I already have on my plate. Louis jumps right into action and got bigger jumper cables and it worked. He was so incredibly kind that he didn't want me to get stranded again on my way home and game the bigger jumper cables to take with us in case we stalled or needed another jump along the way. He was so incredibly kind and generous for reaching his hand out to help us. I'm a firm believer that this is what a good company's standards have and I hope he's recognized for his random act of kindness. Thank you so much for your kindness and for restoring much needed faith back into me!

We had another AC company install a new unit in 2021. Our float switch wasn’t working and the AC ended up flooding our home. We didn’t trust that the original company fixed the issue so we called Airheads HVAC to come and give us a second opinion. Chris came to our home and he was amazing. He checked everything out and was able to figure out why the float switch hadn’t triggered and why it still wasn’t working. It had initially been wired incorrectly! So, he fixed it and then showed me that it was working. Chris also took the time to explain everything in layman’s terms as to how he was evaluating what the issue was, what he was doing to fix it, and how to tell it was working properly which I really appreciated. Thank you for such great customer service and high level of expertise!

Highly recommend. After we were flooded by Hurricane Idalia they gave us an estimate for new unit. Worked with us on delay with insurance and finally today our new unit was installed, ducts cleaned and the guys who came out were so amazing, friendly, courteous and and cleaned everything up. I will never use another A/C company again

Called this company based on reviews, as I was having an issue with my AC not working properly. Our service Tech today was Luis and big shout out to Luis. From the time I called to his arrival time at my house was only 30mins. He got my system back up and running and now my house is cool again. He was very professional, and gave us the knowledge we needed to understand what was going on. Also provided me with a quote for a new system considering mine is 20 years old. Thank you!

Heard great things about Airheads on the Wesley Chapel website so I thought I would give them a try with an issue I was having with my AC. I gave them a call on Friday around 4:30 and by 9 on Monday my issue was fixed (it was not that hot over the weekend, so the repair could wait). Jaime was here promptly and diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. He also was very respectful as I work from home and had to be on a conference call. I am certainly going to reach out to Airheads next time I have an issue at my house or condo in Pinellas. Thank you for a great experience.

I had a problem with my AC and had called a different company to check out why my ac didn't work. They pretty much didn't do anything. I feel it was the bare minimum. So I called Airheads. Luis was very professional and very informative. He answered all my questions and gave me knowledge while he was checking on my unit. Thank you so much for helping! I recommend this company and if you want a great technician I also recommend Luis.
